Los Angeles-based visual artist Rodney McMillian and London-based poet Caroline Bergvall were in residence at the Hammer from November 2008 until July of 2009. During this time, the two artists embarked on a collaborative process investigating the liminal spaces between sound, movement, words, and images. In this video, they speak about how their process evolved, as well as the surprises and challenges they encountered while working together.
