Artist Talk: Paul McCarthy, April 2007

Renowned artist Paul McCarthy is a professor in UCLA's Department of Art. Known for visceral creations that defy artistic genres and mediums, his work generates a dynamic tension between the viewer and the artwork. His works have been exhibited in solo installations at the Moderna Museet, Stockholm; the Tate Modern, London; and the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Oslo.

The UCLA Department of Art’s visiting lecture series is made possible through the generous support of the William D. Feldman Family Endowed Art Lecture Fund.
