One of the most successful Asian-American supermodels, Jenny Shimizu is a former garage mechanic whose image is exhibited in museums and books all over the world.

Editor and publisher Eric Nakamura launched Giant Robot magazine with fellow UCLA alumnus Martin Wong in 1994. The magazine has since expanded into boutique shops of the same name in Los Angeles, San Francisco,and NewYork as well as a restaurant in L.A. Nakamura also directed the independent film Sunsets.
