Edward P. Jones is the author of The Known World, which won the 2004 Pulitzer Prize in fiction. His debut collection, Lost in the City, was a finalist for the National Book Award and won the PEN/Hemmingway Award. He is a recipient of a Lannan Foundation grant and a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship. His works are published regularly in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, and Ploughshares.
