Actual Reality re-stages a series of intimate workshops–Light Walks–conducted by artist, scientist, and educator Bob Miller in which sunlight resolves into images through naturally-occurring pinholes, shadows, and reflections. Actual Reality proposes that all streams contain images. To play, and to pay attention, is to resolve these images, seeing them for a moment as reality. Lucky Dragons is an ongoing collaboration between Los Angeles-based artists Sarah Rara and Luke Fischbeck. Active since 2000, Lucky Dragons is known for an open and participatory approach to making music, radically inclusive live shows, and playful, humanistic use of digital tools.
