Ruth Feldman & Kyle Pruett in conversation about fatherhood
Feb 11, 2014
Info
The positive effects that committed and involved fathers have on children's health and well-being are indisputable. Less well known is the neurobiological impact of raising children on the fathers themselves. Discussing the compelling subject of fatherhood are guests Dr. Ruth Feldman, a psychology professor at Bar-Ilan University in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Dr. Kyle D. Pruett, a professor of child psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. They examine the neurobiological aspects of fatherhood, as well as the individual and collective impact of paternal involvement.
