Following revelations that the National Security Agency (NSA) is collecting data on millions of Americans, the struggle between civil liberties and national security has intensified. Former associate deputy attorney general Bruce Fein and former senior NSA official Thomas Drake offer their perspectives. Fein was the senior policy advisor to the Ron Paul 2012 campaign and now represents the father of Edward Snowden. Drake was acquitted for blowing the whistle on misconduct inside the NSA. Moderated by Ian Masters, journalist, author, screenwriter, documentary filmmaker, and radio host.
